About Dilys Consulting
Who We Are
Dilys Consulting is the operational infrastructure and modernization practice of Dilys Group. We partner with owner-led, growth-stage, and exit-minded businesses to modernize operations, implement AI, and build the systems that make organizations scalable, less founder-dependent, and ready to transition or exit.
The problem we solve is common: organizations grow faster than their infrastructure. Processes remain informal. Reporting lacks discipline. Financial controls are weak. Decision-making depends on one or two people who won't always be there. These gaps compound as you grow.
Our work sits at the intersection of three things: operational design, AI and automation implementation, and execution delivery. We're not a theory firm. We build and execute — staying until the new operating model is how you actually work, not just how it's supposed to work.
Our Approach
We combine advisory with execution — ensuring ideas translate into real, measurable operational impact. Every engagement moves through the same six phases, shaped to your context.
We listen. We learn your business, your operational challenges, your technology stack, your team, and where you want to go. No assumptions. Deep understanding.
We assess where you are: process maturity, technology maturity, organizational readiness, and AI opportunity. This assessment informs every decision that follows.
We design the operating model. Workflows, systems, KPIs, governance, team structure. The design is built with you — not delivered to you.
We present the roadmap. We walk the organization through the vision, the changes, and the timeline. We get buy-in from leadership and teams before anything moves.
We execute. We build automation, configure systems, redesign workflows, establish reporting discipline, train teams. This is where the work becomes real.
We monitor, refine, and support adoption. We stay until the new operating model is how you actually work — not just how it's supposed to work.
No pitch. No slide deck. Just a direct conversation about where your organization is and what it needs next.
